Arian has always had a solid foundation in real estate business, where he worked for L.A. developers and principals looking for new projects. This involved determining value, building relationships, and providing quality service. By establishing key relationships through trust and respect, Arian has been successful at opening doors even against great odds.

Arian attended The University of Miami in Florida which he feels prepared him to approach projects creatively, effectively and efficiently.
