Jack is a seasoned automotive leader who brings a unique perspective on the industry’s evolution, client expectations and market trends from more than 30 years of comprehensive experience in various areas of automotive, including retail environment, OEM, remarketing, lending and digital. In his previous senior roles in the industry, Jack was the Director of Sales for Kia Canada Inc., followed by tenure with Cox Automotive Canada as Director of National Sales Operations, Inventory Solutions and Financial Services and later as General Manager of DealerDotCom  (Canada) for Cox and later Autosync.


Having had an opportunity to build, coach, mentor and lead teams of upwards of 100 individuals  in cross functional environments with great deal of success in market penetration, product launches, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, employee retention and financial performance provides Jack with a solid base to be a strong contributor to your organizational goals.


Jack’s modus operandi is to follow the “4 C’s”: Communication, Collaboration, Consistency and Confidentiality, across all internal, external and client/partner relationships and he thrives on direct approach and tackling challenging environments.


Jack completed the Master of Arts program in Journalism and Political Sciences from the University of Warsaw, Poland and is recognized by many for his leadership skills and ability to build, guide, and sustain successful operations and strengthening them with proven accomplishments.
